Dr. Rongjie Liu received the Ph.D. degree in statistics from Rice University, Houston, TX, USA, in 2020. Dr. Liu is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Statistics, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA. Dr. Liu has been working on neuroimaging analysis and tractography analysis, including HCP (human connectome project) data, ADNI (Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative) data, other neuroimaging data, and genetic data. Most of the work is targeted in methodology (e.g., statistics in neuroscience, image processing, causal inference) and their applications in tractography-based brain connectome representation, neurocognitive pathway analysis, and subpopulation analysis.
